  • Positief A mixture of landscapes, from the dramatic Taygetos mountains to the gorge above Diakopto, from pine forests to scrubby goat pasture. E4 trail now has well maintained paths and Cicerone's "Trekking in Greece" describes a similar hiking route. Some interesting archeological sites. I liked the little village cafes and tavernas and the warm welcome I recieved there.
