Wilhelmshaven – Wildeshausen, 130 km, 6 days

The Jade is a small river, fed from moors and glacial deposits from the last ice age. It flows into the Jadebusen, a sea inlet in the North Sea between Wilhelmshaven and Bremerhaven. This trail follows this small river and crosses the typical landscapes of this region. Halfway is the town of Oldenburg. A small part of this hiking trail - the section along the Jadebusen - constitutes a part of the European Long Distance Trail E9.
